No two pattern recognition projects are alike! Don't bother with standard software package; you could get stuck sooner or later. Is quality an important factor to you? We bet it is. You don't need a medical application to appreciate our quality systems; many of our projects/solutions are CE, GMP, and FDA certified. We also adopted the CMM quality standard for our internal software development.

How do you measure the quality of an outsourcing service? For us, repeat order is our index for quality services; and indeed, our customers keep coming back for more services. We value long-term customer relationship.

Do you require international standards to enter a particular market? We do DICOM, PACS, ASTM 1394/1381, HL7, etc. You name the standards; we would love to implement them for you.

Human factor. We can't exactly tell you what 'human factor' we built into our solutions, but you can tell the differences when you use them. Do not underestimate the importance of 'human factor'. Many systems failed at human factor; it brings closer the gap between what a system supposed to function and achieving the system's full potential.
